Day 24 (Thursday, Februrary 27, 2003)

Breakfast: One packet of string cheese.

Lunch: Salad with lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, egg, chicken and tomatoes.

Afternoon: Salad with slice of turkey, lettuce and Italian dressing.

Dinner: Fried flounder.

Day 25 (Friday, February 28, 2003)

Breakfast: One packet of string cheese.

Lunch: Slices of turkey.

Dinner: Choi shim, pork cutlet with tomato and onion

DaY 26 (Saturday, February 29, 2003)

Lunch: Grilled chicken caesar salad at McDonalds (witih lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cabbage I think)

Afternoon: Packet of string cheese.

Dinner: Hot pot with my extended family: beef, Fuzhou fishballs (Jonathan kept making dumb jokes like: "These are some huge balls!"), cuttlefish, shrimp, egg and pepper sauce.

Breakfast: Two packets of string cheese. (Woo! I have cheese in my house now! Partay!)

Lunch: Salad with lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, and chicken.

Afternoon: One packet of string cheese, a tea egg.

Dinner: Stuffed eggplants, steamed tofu with fish, soy sauce chicken, bok choi.

Lunch: Dried bean curd with bambooo shoots, mushrooms and snow cabbage.

Afternoon: Four mint wafers.

Dinner: Stuffed eggplants.
Day 19 (Saturday, Februrary 22, 2003)

Lunch: Grilled cajun fish.

Afternoon: scoop of chocolate ice cream.

Dinner: Random leftovers.

Day 20 (Sunday, Februrary 23 2003)

Lunch: Some Chinese stuff. Like oatmeal, but with sesame. Half a bowl.

Dinner: Soy sauce chicken, baby bok choi, egg with bean sprouts.

Day 21 (Monday, Februrary 24 2003)

Lunch: Dried bean curd with mushrooms, bamboo shoots and snow cabbage.

Dinner: Fried flounder, garlic shrimp, bok choi.

Lunch: Dumplings without wraps
Dinner: Tomatoes and onions

Breakfast: grilled fish fillet
Lunch: Fried dumplings, pieces of chocolate (yes, I'm cheating, I know, but the blizzard is driving me nuts foodwise.)
Dinner: Wintermelon soup with mushrooms

Lunch: Dumplings without wrappings

Afternoon: Two tea eggs.

Dinner: Chinese hotpot. Throwing random stuff into a pot of boiling water (beef strips, shrimp, chicken strips, pork strips, various leafy vegetables, stuffed fishballs, tofu.) With peanut oil, a raw egg, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce.
