Day 23 (Wednesday, February 26, 2003)

Breakfast: Two packets of string cheese. (Woo! I have cheese in my house now! Partay!)

Lunch: Salad with lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, and chicken.

Afternoon: One packet of string cheese, a tea egg.

Dinner: Stuffed eggplants, steamed tofu with fish, soy sauce chicken, bok choi.

Day 22 (Tuesday, February 25, 2003)

Lunch: Dried bean curd with bambooo shoots, mushrooms and snow cabbage.

Afternoon: Four mint wafers.

Dinner: Stuffed eggplants.
Day 19 (Saturday, Februrary 22, 2003)

Lunch: Grilled cajun fish.

Afternoon: scoop of chocolate ice cream.

Dinner: Random leftovers.

Day 20 (Sunday, Februrary 23 2003)

Lunch: Some Chinese stuff. Like oatmeal, but with sesame. Half a bowl.

Dinner: Soy sauce chicken, baby bok choi, egg with bean sprouts.

Day 21 (Monday, Februrary 24 2003)

Lunch: Dried bean curd with mushrooms, bamboo shoots and snow cabbage.

Dinner: Fried flounder, garlic shrimp, bok choi.
