Lunch: Salad with lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, egg, chicken and tomatoes.
Afternoon: Salad with slice of turkey, lettuce and Italian dressing.
Dinner: Fried flounder.

Breakfast: One packet of string cheese.
Lunch: Slices of turkey.
Dinner: Choi shim, pork cutlet with tomato and onion
DaY 26 (Saturday, February 29, 2003)
Lunch: Grilled chicken caesar salad at McDonalds (witih lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cabbage I think)
Afternoon: Packet of string cheese.
Dinner: Hot pot with my extended family: beef, Fuzhou fishballs (Jonathan kept making dumb jokes like: "These are some huge balls!"), cuttlefish, shrimp, egg and pepper sauce.
